Circuit training is a great full-body workout! It is a mixture of unilateral movements (single-leg or single-arm, like a biceps curl) and compound exercises that engage muscles throughout your entire body.

Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. Strength and conditioning at its simplest form is the practical application of sports science to enhance movement quality.

WEIGHT TRAINING CIRCUIT WORKOUTS

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance trainingresistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
